Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

- Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information
- Processing time is separate from shipping time

Delivery
Signature Requirements

Delivery Locations

- PO Boxes are accepted for USPS shipments
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses are supported
- We cannot deliver to freight forwarders or package forwarding services
Delivery Issues
If you experience delivery problems:

- Tracking Shows Delivered: Wait 24 hours as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early

Address Changes

Lost or Stolen Packages

- Once shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery
- We will assist with carrier claims for lost or damaged packages
If Your Package is Lost

- We'll initiate a carrier investigation
- If the package is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund
- Claims typically take 7-10 business days to process
Stolen Packages
- We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery
- File a police report if you suspect theft
- Contact the carrier to file a claim
- Consider requesting signature confirmation for future orders
Incorrect Address
If you provide an incorrect shipping address:
- We are not responsible for packages delivered to the address you provided
- You may be charged for address correction fees by the carrier
- Returned packages due to incorrect addresses may incur reshipping fees
- Please double-check your address before completing your order
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
- If you refuse delivery or don't claim your package, it will be returned to us
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
